Roger Pilon: Congress Rediscovers the Constitution - WSJ.com The first order of business in the House on Thursday will be a reading aloud of the Constitution. A simple reading will not solve all our problems. But hopefully hearing the words written by our Founding Fathers will remind our congressmen that legislation must be rooted firmly in the Constitution, our law of the land.
